Everbelle Fleur Policy & Disclosure

At Everbelle Fleur, each arrangement is handcrafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our designs, we ask that all customers review our policies prior to placing an order.

No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By placing an order with Everbelle Fleur, you agree to this no refund policy.

Store Credit Eligibility
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Store credit may be issued if an arrangement is not fulfilled as intended. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the order
  • Clear photo evidence of the arrangement must be provided
  • The arrangement must remain in its original condition

All claims will be carefully reviewed, and store credit will be issued at the sole discretion of Everbelle Fleur.

Custom & Handmade Disclaimer
Each arrangement is uniquely designed and may vary slightly in appearance due to flower availability, seasonal changes, and natural variations. While we strive to replicate designs as closely as possible, exact duplication is not guaranteed.

Delivery Policy & Schedule
Everbelle Fleur processes and ships orders according to our current production and delivery schedule. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once an order has been shipped. This includes delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. For any questions, updates, or concerns regarding your delivery date, you must contact the selected shipping carrier directly using the tracking details provided.

Order Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery and contact information provided at checkout is accurate. Everbelle Fleur is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
